Modern loft offices with a distinctive industrial design The OPTIMUM premises are located in the cadastral area of Bratislava –Nové Mesto on Sliačská Street.OPTIMUM SLIAČSKA BUILDING A is the name of the administrative – warehouse building, which was built on the premises of the former Welding Research Institute. The original industrial hall, which was unused and dilapidated for many years, now houses new, modern offices, warehouses and shops with a distinctive industrial appearance.
Commercial facilities were built on the ground floor, while the offices are located on the upper floors. In the longitudinal rear part, storage units with separate entrances are located which can also be used for small craft production. The top floor with offices continues along the entire length of the building. The total leasable area is 5,099 m2.
