The company was founded in 2002. At the beginning, we invested the money of private individuals, later with our own resources and bank financing.
We started by entering the real estate market, real estate investments: purchase – reconstruction – rent – administration.
Later we started to operate in other areas: power engineering, facility management services, hotel industry, development, production.
We are a strategic company that does not usually run out of projects, but has long held them.
We work as a stand-alone unit or as an investment-management partner ready to work with new partners.
We are a proven partner in a number of joint ventures that have always seen development and growth in our arrival. We currently employ more than 3,000 employees in our portfolio companies.
